Contact Case Assistance

Unfortunately we are restricted to only being directly involved with UK cases for several reasons, differences in legal systems for example. Obviously we are sympathetic to the plight of the wrongly accused/convicted and their families wherever they are however it is important that you receive the support of people who are adept in the procedures of your own country. If you are from out with the UK, try refining your search engine terms by including your country identifier in the search term. For example, if you are from the US, enter “site:US”.

When seeking help/support from us (or anyone else you contact) it is important to provide as much information as possible so that the circumstances can be better assessed. To make this easier, we’ve provided the following form which includes fields for the while still providing space for a thorough account.

All fields are required but if the wrongly accused/convicted person has not yet been sentenced, simply enter N/A in the space provided.
