All other resulting consultation between the two parties from that point on would be conducted using the private message facility of our forum to ascertain whether or not there is any feasible legal action that can be taken to prove innocence. Throughout this stage any relevant points which would not prejudice chances of successful proceedings could be posted in the publicly viewable forum page to assist others who may be in a similar position.

As a result, both the falsely accused and the legal representative of the site should be in a position to know how things in a particular case should proceed if at all. I could be provided with a brief account by either party what is likely to follow to facilitate an assessment as to whether the site can provide any support or advice on the non-legal aspects involved in the circumstances.
