THIS IS A DETAILED ACCOUNT OF HOW
Wrongly Accused person
Intends to ensure you have sound legal
advice on hand right here.
I firmly believe that it is possible to come to an
arrangement with solicitors/legal professionals whereby their advice regarding
your cases can be given in the first instance directly through this site. This
is not a conclusion I have come to without any firm basis to account for it.
Already there are sites online where in forums lawyers participate and offer
advice on various subjects so there is no reason why it can’t occur here also.
I am also certain that what I propose in terms of an
offer for willing participation from the legal profession can be of great
benefit to both ‘clients’ of the website and them as well. Wrongly accused
visitors would get the initial free consultation they need to get the ball
rolling and in return the solicitor/lawyer would benefit from representing any
legal processes which followed as a result, costing nothing more than any spare time
they have.
What I propose essentially is that wrongly accused
visitors or their families would post a request for guidance on a reserved
section of the forum pages.
At this point, any of the ‘legal team’ who agree to be
associated with www.wronglyaccusedperson.org.uk
could provide a brief response on the forum pages for the benefit of other
visitors in their spare time. All other resulting consultation between the two parties from that
point on would be conducted using the private message facility of our forum to
ascertain whether or not there is any feasible legal action that can be taken
to prove innocence. Throughout this stage any relevant points which would not prejudice
chances of successful proceedings could be posted in the publicly viewable
forum page to assist others who may be in a similar position.
As a result, both the falsely
accused and the legal representative of the site should be in a position to
know how things in a particular case should proceed if at all. I could be
provided with a brief account by either party what is likely to follow to
facilitate an assessment as to whether the site can provide any support or
advice on the non-legal aspects involved in the circumstances. An offer of
assistance from the site would then be made if appropriate not only to the
victim of injustice but to anyone else they consider to have been adversely
affected as a result. Should any advice or assistance be necessary which is
without my own personal remit I will endeavour to locate and arrange for an
appropriate alternative to provide it.
I think the above adequately explains how this system
would benefit the accused, their families and legal beagles alike. Also from
the site’s point of view the consultations conducted onsite would allow me to
better assess where to prioritise the use of its time and resources to ensure
that the most needy receive the help they require.
At this point I would like to appeal for any
solicitor/lawyer willing to participate to make contact through the custom
contact form I have prepared, offer legal advice, so that your details can be put to the best
possible use. The requested information obviously consists of your name,
company, location, specialist areas, and contact details however I am also
requesting a little more. Whether you choose to participate in the forum or not, you will obviously receive onsite publicity which I would like to be
able to present in a way that is of most benefit to all parties. To achieve
that I would if possible like to obtain some performance statistics to allow
potential clients to make a more informed choice. Often an accused person has
had no experience in this area and as a result can’t possibly be expected to
know who is the best placed to represent them. Providing a route of contact
based on location, performance, specialist field etc. Should ensure the best
possible chance that the prospective client makes contact with the most
appropriate representative and vice a versa.
So, here comes the link and appeal for your legal
association. If you are interested in participating in what I’m sure you’ll
agree would be a mutually beneficial venture proceed using the button below,
otherwise please select either ‘no thanks’ or ‘maybe later’ for statistical
purposes.
